Returns Policy & Warranty
EXCHANGE/WARRANTY POLICY:
Our entire focus is on providing our customers with the smoothest shopping experience. We at Flamingo do intensive research & are picky in regards to the quality of products we choose to showcase to our customers. From time to time a manufacturer defect known as DOA (dead on arrival) can happen. This means it will not fire, or battery indicators (charging, battery life etc) are not present. Please refer to the following policies to see if you are eligible for our warranty/exchange policies.
Please inspect your product upon arrival to ensure functionality. If you are outside of the following policies from the date of your purchase, regardless if the product was opened or not, Flamingo+ is unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Some products are final sale & therefore aren’t eligible for a return or an exchange, these include but are not limited to: All Cannabis Products, Replacement Coils, Replacement Pods, Pre-Filled Pods, Disposable Vaporizers (Nicotine Disposables), Tanks, E-Juice, Replacement Glass, Cotton Products, Drip Tips, Batteries/Chargers, Bongs, Pipes, Grinders, Papers/Tips/Cones, Lighters/Torches, Air Fresheners, Cleaning Supplies, and other consumable & potential unsanitary products.
Warranty Information
All warranties are subject to approval.
Warranty Requirements: Original Receipt/Proof of Payment, Original Packaging (accessories included).
WARRANTY COVERED BY MANUFACTURER:
Flamingo+ adheres to manufacturer's warranty and cannot offer any extensions or exceptions to their policy. Your understanding is appreciated.
EXTERNAL BATTERY DEVICES: These devices are covered under a 30 day (from date of purchase) in-store manufacturer warranty.
Refillable Pod Systems/INTERNAL BATTERY DEVICES: These devices, so long as the battery is built in, are covered by a 14 day (from date of purchase) manufacturer warranty.
Cannabis Vaporizers (510 Cartridges, and THC Disposables): Subject to a 14 day (from date of purchase) in-store warranty. If an extended warranty is offered by the manufacturer, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer directly past the 2-week warranty period offered in store.
WARRANTY IN CASE OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE:
This section provides information on conditions that void manufacturer's warranty and is based on our accumulated experience. Manufacturers are highly selective regarding what they cover under warranty, due to the products' day-to-day use nature. Your understanding is appreciated.
Manufacturer's warranty is void if: Physical damage is found.This includes if the failure or damage is caused by improper use (water damage, juice leaking, fire damage, etc). Any leaky tanks/pods, loss or damage of item, stripped or damaged 510 threading on the device/tank, failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse, damage to the finish (cosmetics), defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the product are not covered under warranty.
ITEMS PRICED $149.99 OR MORE:
Items prices at $149.99 (before tax) are subject to a warranty policy that must be approved by the manufacturer prior to Flamingo+ accepting said warranty. The time process takes 1-2 weeks, and we encourage customers to follow up.
EXCLUDED CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS:
Manufacturer warranty excludes the following products:
All Cannabis Products, Replacement Coils, Replacement Pods, Pre-Filled Pods, Disposable Vaporizers (Nicotine Disposables), Tanks, E-Juice, Replacement Glass, Cotton Products, Drip Tips, Batteries/Chargers, Bongs, Pipes, Grinders, Papers/Tips/Cones, Lighters/Torches, Air Fresheners, Cleaning Supplies, and other consumable & potential unsanitary products.
All Cannabis product sales are final in accordance with Government Regulations. Exceptions follow:
CANNABIS EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our Cannabis Policy is limited to 14 days from the date of purchase.
If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, Flamingo+ is unable to offer any exchanges. All exchanges require the original packaging of the products, as well as Proof of Purchase (the original receipt).
A missing receipt or missing product packaging will result in the invalidation of the exchange. For products eligible for exchange, your item must be defective prior to use or have arrive damaged or non-consumable.
All Cannabis Products, Replacement Coils, Replacement Pods, Pre-Filled Pods, Disposable Vaporizers (Nicotine Disposables), Tanks, E-Juice, Replacement Glass, Cotton Products, Drip Tips, Batteries/Chargers, Bongs, Pipes, Grinders, Papers/Tips/Cones, Lighters/Torches, Air Fresheners, Cleaning Supplies, and other consumable & potential unsanitary products.
In the event the wrong product was purchased, and the item has remained unopen (and the excise stamp undamaged) we offer a 24hr grace period in-store only. If the product has been opened and/or the original receipt is missing, the exchange will no longer be valid.
If a product has been used and has become defective over time or through use, the product will not be eligible for exchange.
In the event that a Cannabis Product becomes subject to a product recall order by the Producer or Health Canada, a refund/exchange will be granted. All such returns must include the original packaging of the product and the receipt. Please contact us to see if your product qualifies at [email protected].
What if a Cannabis product is damaged?
In the unlikely event that a product is broken, damaged or the incorrect product was sold, please contact the store the original purchase took place within 3 days of purchase, with the receipt and packaging. Flamingo+ Staff Members will determine whether the purchase is entitled to an exchange as a result of the defect. If determined to be so, the product will be exchanged immediately.
Can used Cannabis Products be returned?
Returns of used Cannabis Products are not excepted under any circumstances.
What Products cannot be exchanged?
All Cannabis products are Final Sale and non-exchangeable unless recalled by the Producer/Manufacturer or Health Canada. This includes:
Consumables: Chocolates, Gummies, Beverages, Capsules and THC/CBD oils.
Topicals: Creams, Bath Bombs, Lotions.

ONLINE SHOPPING WARRANTY/EXCHANGE POLICY:
At Flamingo Plus we strive to ensure our returns are processed promptly.
Return Shipments
As a customer going through warranty/return you are responsible for all cost in shipping items back to flamingoplus.ca. We will be responsible for all cost in shipping the items back to the customer. Shipping is an NRF (non-refundable fee). The only exception would be dead-on-arrival returns.
If you pay via EMT there will be an added charge of $1 to cover the transaction fee for any cancelled order. This will result in your e-transfer refund being -$1 from your total. Certain situations will have a restocking fee of $15. Flamingo+ reserves the right to charge the restocking fee per it's discretion.
These situations include, but are not limited to the following:
IN-STORE PICK UPS: If you do not present ID the order is cancelled, will result in an Inconvenience fee.
IN-STORE PICK UPS: If you send someone else to pick up your order they will be turned away. If we do not hear from you within 24hours, your order will be cancelled and will result in an Inconvenience fee.
Same-Day Delivery: If we are unable to contact you after 1 delivery attempt, and we do not hear from you within 24 hours your order will be cancelled and will result in an Inconvenience Fee.
Shipping within Canada: We ID all new/guest customers, if we do not receive a reply within 24hrs you are subject to an inconvenience fee.
ALL ORDERS PAID VIA EMT THAT RESULT IN CANCELLATION WILL HAVE A $1 TRANSACTION FEE DEDUCTED, FOLLOWED BY THE INCONVENIENCE FEE IF IT APPLIES.
Any packages that are Returned to Sender because of Proof of Age will not be eligible for a refund. Our products are age-restricted by the government so unless you are of age do not attempt to place orders.
